making it easier to hit and reducing its rate of attack. The effect of slow
halves healing rates, due to reduced metabolism. It also slows movement
from room to room, making this spell a great pk tool. It has a chance to
strip the target of haste. Slow greatly reduces the chance to second
attack. It is also impossible to third attack when affected by slow.
